Agave plant in Sedona; #1853a
The multi-productive plant has four major parts that are edible: the flowers, the leaves, the stalks or basal rosettes, and the sap (in Spanish: aguamiel, meaning "honey water"). Native Americans made many nutritional uses of the plant. Not a cactus.
